Founded in 2003 in Fenggang Town, Dongguan — the heart of South China's electronics supply chain — Dongguan Ravo Electronics Co., Ltd. started with a team of eight and grew into a vertically integrated plant of more than 12,000 m². Today we screen-print, die-cut, laminate, assemble and test membrane switches, PC/PET panels, flexible circuits, aluminum and copper nameplates, dimensional signs and silicone keypads under one roof.
Our parts operate inside office-furniture actuators, EMS-built industrial controllers, consumer electronics, medical devices, kitchen appliances and educational toys shipped throughout Europe and North America. Because design, tooling and production share the same floor, engineering changes are implemented in days, not weeks.
Watch the 2-minute factory tour Any size, key layout, Pantone color, texture, window, embossing and tail exit. Mix metal domes, polydomes, LEDs, ESD shielding and connectors in one stack.
≤2-hour engineering response, in-house screens and dies, and prototype runs from a single piece shorten your development cycle.
Engineers, printers and QC inspectors who have built HMI parts since 2003 review every drawing for manufacturability before tooling.
Incoming material checks, in-process registration control, 100% electrical continuity testing and sample-based actuation life tests.
English-speaking project managers, export-grade anti-static packing and documentation for customers in Europe, North America and beyond.

Printed silver-ink electrodes and force-sensitive carbon layers for seamless touch panels, seat occupancy detection and wearable pressure measurement.

Reverse-printed PC, PET and PMMA front panels with selective textures, transparent windows and pressure-sensitive adhesives.

Our core product line: multi-layer PET switches for industrial control, medical devices, vending machines and cooking appliances.

SMD LEDs, light-guide films and dead-front printing deliver uniform key illumination for night-time and low-light environments.

Stainless-steel metal domes combined with embossed overlays give operators a crisp, confirmable click — even with gloves.

Ultra-thin, cost-efficient switches for toys, learning tablets, dartboards and fuel dispensers where a flush surface matters most.

Rigid FR-4 backers carry SMD components, LEDs and connectors, creating a self-supporting HMI module for inverters and machinery.

Polyimide copper circuits support fine-pitch routing, soldered components and tight bend radii for compact, high-reliability devices.

A practical comparison our engineers use during DFM reviews — match feedback, durability and environment to your product before you commit to tooling.
| Construction | Operator Feedback | Key Construction Details | Best Suited For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tactile Metal Dome | Crisp, audible snap; actuation force selectable by dome type | Stainless-steel domes on silver-ink or FPC circuit; life commonly rated at 1 million+ cycles | Medical devices, test instruments, industrial controls |
| Polydome | Softer tactile response | Domes thermoformed into the PET layer; lower cost, thinner stack | Home appliances, consumer electronics |
| Non-Tactile (Flat) | No snap; visual or audible feedback from device | Thinnest construction, simple spacer and circuit layers | Toys, learning tablets, dartboards, fuel dispensers |
| Embossed | Raised keys help locate buttons by touch | Pillow, rim or dome embossing on PC/PET overlay | Gloved use, outdoor and rescue equipment |
| Capacitive Touch | Touch-sensing, no moving parts | Printed electrodes under a seamless overlay; easy to clean | Kitchen appliances, hygienic interfaces |
| LED Backlit | Illuminated legends and status indicators | SMD LEDs with light-guide or dead-front printing | Remote controls, night-use and dashboard panels |
| FPC Circuit | Any of the above | Polyimide copper circuit, soldered components, fine pitch | Compact, high-reliability and wearable devices |
| PCB Backer | Any of the above | Rigid FR-4 support with SMD LEDs, resistors and connectors | Inverters, machinery panels, self-supporting modules |
Cycle life and sealing performance depend on dome type, materials and enclosure design — our engineers confirm specifications for each drawing.

The questions overseas engineers and buyers ask us most before placing a first order.
Many standard constructions can be prototyped from 1 to 10 pieces. Volume production MOQs typically range from 100 to 500 pieces, depending on layer stack, tooling, backlighting and circuit type.
A 2D drawing (DXF, DWG, AI or PDF), artwork with Pantone references, key layout, tactile or non-tactile requirement, tail and connector type, operating environment and expected annual volume. We return a DFM review with layer stack recommendations.
Yes. With sealed perimeter adhesives, sealed tail exits and suitable overlay materials, our switches can be designed for IP65–IP67 protection for outdoor, medical and kitchen appliance use.
We commonly use 3M 467MP and 3M 9448A, selected according to the mounting surface (metal, powder-coat, ABS or textured plastic) and the temperature range of your application.
Silver-ink tails with crimped female connectors (2.54 mm pitch common), ZIF-compatible tails with stiffeners, polyimide FPC tails and board-mounted connectors on PCB-backed designs.
Yes. We produce carbon paste and silver ink force sensitive resistor (FSR) films for seat occupancy detection, foot pressure measurement and wearable devices, with PET or FPC tails.
After drawing approval, samples for standard constructions usually ship within 7–15 working days. Mass production lead time depends on quantity, tooling and component sourcing and is confirmed in writing.
Incoming film and ink inspection, registration checks during printing, 100% electrical continuity and short testing, actuation force checks and sample-based life testing before export packing.
Send your files and our engineers will reply with a construction proposal and DFM notes — usually within two hours during China business time.
